  1. Improve administrative leadership management capabilities;
  2. Enhance programs on quality educational services through assessment and evaluation for curricular, instructional and academic administration purposes;
  3. Nurture and strengthen camaraderie, values formation program, spirituality with special thrusts on inter-religious dialogue and community development service;
  4. Develop financial sustainability program (create a commission on resource generation tapping research centers of the member institutions; and
  5. Enhance advocacy and networking.
